It is the intent of this website to provide FREE REALTOR and Real Estate Agent referrals to top agents in major western US cities. I try to offer excellent selection, organization and presentation. This site is 100% advertising supported. Nothing is "owed" to any given Realtor.

Accuracy

Although every effort has been made to assure the accuracy of the data on this website, errors can and will occur. I will correct any errors that are reported, after verification.

Listing

The listing of any and all sites shall be determined solely by myself, based upon my own criteria.
Fairness: I do make an attempt to list Realtor agencies in the same proportions as are present in the actual communities, along with significant independents, in the given city.

Time

This domain is registered for 10 years, until 2016. Initial listing requirements are established, based upon this being a new web site with very little traffic. In the passage of time, there is a chance that this site's performance will increase substantially. If and when this occurs, requirements for listing may be made more stringent. An upper limit of listed Realtors for a given city may be imposed (such as 25 or 30), resulting in no additional real estate agents being added to the list for that city. I intend for this site to be a SELECT list, whose reputation will grow over time. It must therefore be limited.

Responsibility

I assume no responsibility for the success or failure of any realty website.
I cannot possibly know the heart and mind of all 780+ real estate agents on this website, and I therefore cannot be responsible for their actions. However, I believe that every REALTOR and real estate agent listed on this site is a person of good character and community standing. If verifiable data is made known to me, that any REALTOR or real estate agent listed is of somewhat less than sterling quality, they will be removed. I will not knowingly recommend anyone who is of poor character, or performs poorly.

Content Theft

A DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) complaint may be filed for stealing (duplicating, outright theft) or "Framing" (appropriating, displaying my content as if it were your own) any content from this web site. You may not be notified, but the authorities will be, as well as your web host. Special online inspection techniques may be used, including but not limited to Copyscape. I may also publish your whois information, and/or the lack of it, with appropriate commentary and research results, on webmaster websites, if your actions are particularly egregious.

Raspiness

I'm a person, not a corporation. An aging person, who sometimes becomes impatient, and responds emotionally, when it is not appropriate. Also, if my people skills were better, I would have been a REALTOR, and not an engineer (joke, but it has some truth in it - I'm pretty good at little details, but I couldn't remember a name if you tattooed it on my arm.) Please disregard this very unbecoming impatience behavior. I mean well. Thank you.

EMAIL: Technology is supposed to be my slave. I am not supposed to be its slave. It is absolutely possible to spend 12 hours a day servicing email. This is not for me. I may not look at my email for many days at a time. I am not ignoring you, personally. I am very busy doing other things. Chatty Patty, I'm not. In addition, there is that "finger-snapping" aspect of my Inbox, which I find distasteful. Ignoring it frequently makes me feel better, and gives me a sense of control. At my last corporate gig, I was once chided for not checking my email more often than every 2 hours. Sure. IN ADDITION, some emails are so arrogant, so pompous, so rude, so devoid of manners, so lacking in any type of salutation or closing, pleases, or thank yous, that I am absolutely compelled to ignore them entirely.

PHONE: I stopped answering my phone years ago, but I do answer all normal messages, unless they are from hustlers, scammers, spammers , telemarketers or blocked-caller-IDs. Anyone who leaves me a message and does not state their business, will not waste my time. Thank you for your understanding.
