listed on this site, who do not link to me. This will
make a Top Agents listing much more exclusive. You will then
be 1 of a few Realtors, not one of 20. The time to act is
now. You have all had a free link for over 1 year. My
service is STILL FREE, but I do require a permanent
link to this site (without a "no follow" tag), in lieu of
any money payment.

I just
tested ALL the Top Agent outgoing links. About 9% (83/900)
were rejected by my testing program, because they failed to
load within 5 seconds. MY connection is blazingly fast.
FREQUENCY of REJECTION
#1 most rejected - Sites by "Nxxxxx1Exxxxx"
#2 most rejected - Sites by "AxxxxxxxAxxxxx"
#3 most rejected - Sites by "VxxxxxxPxxxx"
If your site is hosted by one of the above 3 hosts, it will
be deleted, unless you link to this site. I want to offer a
pleasant web experience for my visitors, which demands high
speed. However, I will look the other way for a link to
www.top-agents.info
I suggest that you please do seek advice about your site
loading speed, from another independent source. The web is
all about instant gratification, and if your site speed is
not fast, you are losing out. People won't wait.
On a fast computer, and a known fast connection, manually
but attentively check your load speed - if you hit 5
seconds, and your screen is still jumping around, you lose.
The USA is WAY BEHIND Europe, and others, in broadband speed
availability and adoption - think about your US user who is
frequently struggling with a sluggish DSL connection, 15,000
feet from the Central Office.
And, almost unbelievably, many still use dialup (AOL crowd,
etc.) - 56K maximum best speed. I get 10M using a Cable
Modem - that's 178 times faster. Just imagine your 5 seconds
(for me) turning into 5 x 178 = 890 seconds = 15 minutes,
for maybe 20% of your visitors?
Many STILL use dial-up. In some cases, it's not because they
don't have a lot of money - it's because they don't know any
better. Cater to them, as well. Who will wait 15 minutes?
Frankly, I'm spoiled. I won't wait 15 seconds. I'm gone.
Fugidaboutit.
Many RE websites have the following problems -
SLOW loading sites
- sites with server problems
- needlessly complex Flash (ego) pages
Sites with too much "clutter"
Sites with hard-to-find contact info
Sites that I arbitrarily find to be "not as good"
