Top Agents Website Status

Here is a table showing various webpage statistics of Top-Agents.info.

This exercise has shown me that I am "officially out of the sandbox" (which, to me, means that I rank SOMEWHERE in the SERPs for the hard words "Realtors"® and "real estate agents", which I did not for 1 year. It has also shown me which cities are the most difficult to rank for, since each city page is essentially the same as any other. At first blush, the hardest cities for me to rank for on Google are 1. Phoenix, 2. San Diego, and 3. Salt Lake City.

I speculate that many of you will find the data interesting, so here it is. There are downsides to doing this, but what the hay. Enjoy.

This is a Real Estate ranking data summary page, intended to provide relative data for Realtors
®, and realty webmasters. Since each page is essentially the same, one can get some general hints about their own SERP position, by -
1. A comparison of SERP results, for G, Y and M, for a given city
2. A general idea of the SEO difficulty for each city, relative to others.

Notes:
1. The character "h" above refers to the fact that the given SERP result produces a link to the "Home Page", instead of the "City Page". Google always provides the actual, most appropriate city page, but both Yahoo and MSN Live, more often than not, provide the Top-Agents home page as a SERP result. I find this to be an interesting fact about how each search engine works.
2. The characters "xxx" indicate "not in SERPs" (i.e., Google Phoenix search - Phoenix is the hardest!).
3. Proof - the nice thing about displaying these results, is that anyone can check them for themselves. Note that slight variations in the search term will produce different results, i.e., adding the state abbreviation to the search term, using quotation marks (few do this), singular and plural, etc. I am not going to check them all, but you can check any interesting variations that interest you personally.
4. In all SERPs, the only constant is change. The results above may last a few weeks, or they may not. My idea was to provide a snapshot in time for comparison purposes. And of course, I expect them all to go up. Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha. Now that I have the above data points, let the changes begin! Just by doing the above exercise, I learned of a number of changes that MUST be made. Sorry, I can't say what changes. I just can't give away everything!
5. I have added a column showing MY relative traffic strength. Do you notice a correlation between high rank and good traffic? Number of searches per month is the biggest factor regarding traffic. Google provides this data, for each city.
6. I have added a column showing Google relative traffic strength, derived from the Google Adwords Traffic Estimator. Comparing metrics #5 and #6, I am doing extremely well in Bakersfield, Dallas, El Paso, Seattle and Tucson, and very poorly in Orlando.
